3月13日，泛海控股(000046)股份有限公司披露第十屆董事會第六十次臨時會議決議公告。

據觀點新媒體了解，經泛?？毓煽偛脛崦?，該公司董事會同意聘任嚴珊明為副總裁，任期同第十屆董事會。嚴珊明不再任泛海控股助理總裁。

經泛海控股董事長欒先舟提名，該公司董事會同意聘任李雋為風控法務總監，任期同第十屆董事會。泛?？毓啥?、副總裁李書孝不再兼任風險控制總監。
