俄羅斯總統事務局中央臨床醫院當地時間30日夜間發布消息稱，蘇聯最后一任領導人戈爾巴喬夫當天晚上因長期重病醫治無效去世，終年91歲。

另據塔斯社報道，戈爾巴喬夫將被安葬在莫斯科新圣女公墓，緊鄰其夫人賴莎所下葬的墓地。
